The said 'Website' would not allow any access, monitor or copying of content using any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means or any manual process for any purpose. The website is also for your education and information and is also used by us to obtain feedback with a view to providing information and services with respect to the leisure industry.

Tour Package

It is unlikely that we are able to need to make any adjustments to your tour preparations, but we do plan the preparations many months in advance. Maximum of those changes could be minor and we can propose you or your tour agent of them at the earliest viable date. If we make a primary change to your excursion, we are able to inform you or your tour agent as quickly as moderately viable if there's time before your departure. You will have the selection of both accepting the modification as notified, shopping another holiday from us (if to be had) with the fee difference payable/refundable as suitable. We accept duty for making sure that the bundle booked with us is furnished as described. If any component isn't supplied as promised, due to the fault of personnel, retailers or providers, we are able to pay you suitable compensation for the offerings now not provided to you, if this has affected your enjoyment of the bundle; applications are subject to business norms & pointers.

As The Active Travel Agent May Work On The Query And The People Who Work Later May Not Get The Results. This Is To Inform You That We Will Replace Leads Only In The Below Conditions:

• If a traveller does not respond you for the first time in 1 days, in that case we will verify the lead and if found not responding we will replace that... Genuine Inquiry Refers To Travellers Who Post His/Her To Package Requirement On Our Website And Verified The Same To Us By Call Or Mail.
• For any wrong inquiry you will get your credits back into your Join2Trip wallet Next Paymenet We Don't Replace A Lead If: The Traveller postponed Or Does not pick You Call Or cancelled The Tour Program After Getting First Communication From Your Side.

We Provide Genuine Customers Only And Do Not Take Any Guarantee That The Traveller Will Book The Package From You As There Are So Many Factors Responsible For Make A Booking, So, We Are Unable To Replace These Kind Of Queries Since The Traveller Has Agreed To You Also That He Want A Tour Package And You Had Also Provided Their Desired Package.For Ex.:-

• The traveller may cancel the package due to his budget problem.
• The traveller or any other in the family may suffer from health problem or any miss- happening/family function in the family.
• She/he or their kids may not get leaves for their holiday package.
• If they are two families going together then they may cancel the program if another family cancel the program.
• They may not be able to travel because of non-availability of train or air tickets.
• There are some travellers who book the package from 1 travel agent and do not pick up call from travel agents or tell them that their plan has been cancelled to avoid.

In All These Cases, We Do Not Hold Any Responsibility For Replacing The Queries Or Bringing The Travellers To The Agent. We Are Only a Platform for Travel Agents to Provide Them with Traveller's Queries And Information. It Is Not Our Business To Be Liable Anywhere For Both Parties Except For Traveller In The Mentioned Situations.

• All the bookings will be done by Travel Agent.
• Servicing will be the part of Travel Agent.
• Join2trip will not responsible for any booking and servicing.
• Booking voucher will be provided by Travel Agent.
• Join2trip is not a travel agent. We acts as a more platform for our users. we do not take part in the actual transaction that takes place between the traveler and travel agent.
