Day 02 :: Arrive in Manali & Manali Half day local sightseeing (3-4 HRS)
Today Morning time arrive in Manali Volvo station and pick up from Manali Volvo station to hotel. On arrival in Manali check in hotel, Afternoon half day city tour visiting :-
Hadimba Devi Temple:: (Hadimba Devi temple this temple was built in dating back 1553 is built around a nature cave which enshrines the footprints of the Goddess Hadimba. Hadimba Devi Temple is a wooden temple and is the located in middle of Van Vihar).
Manu Temple:: The temple is one of the prime attractions in Manali and is believed to be the same place where sage Manu meditated after stepping on earth. This place has a distinct historical background that appeals to most of the people who visit Manali. The popularity of this majestic temple lies in the fact that it is the only temple dedicated to Manu
Van Vihar National Park:: is one of the most frequented attractions in Manali. Located favourably on the Mall Road, this park is populated with many deodar trees that provide shade to the whole area. For the convenience of visitors, the park is provided with concrete as well as wooden benches. It is an ideal place for enjoying picnics and spending moments of repose with your loved ones.
Club House:: Manali is located in the center of the city near the Mall road. It offers comprehensive facilities that include a roller skating rink, an auditorium, billiards rooms, a library, a bar, and a restaurant. The place is one of the most favorite attractions in Manali for kids, who can play video games, enjoy Go carting etc. available here.
Tibetan monasterie:: is surrounded by several small shops selling beautiful handicrafts and carpets, made by Tibetan people living nearby these monasteries. The Tibetan Monasteries also run a Thanks School of Arts and a Carpet-weaving Center to preserve ancient Tibetan art. The paintings inside these buildings depict events from Lord Buddha's life and the Kalchakra, i.e., the wheel of life fixed on the wall of the monastery shows the human life cycle. Today morning after breakfast drive to sightseeing of Rohtang Pass(up to snow line if
Rohtang Pass is closed due to snow fall), On the way visit Gulaba, Kothi, Marhi & Rahala Fall. After that return back to Manali.
Rohtang Pass::Is a high mountain pass that connects Manali to the Lahaul and Spiti district. The Pass is an ancient trade route between the rest of India and the upper region of the Himalayas. 'Rohtang' translates to "a pile of corpses". Here you can have a magnificent view of Dhauladhar Range and Pir Panjal Range and high altitude mountain peaks i.e. Hanuman Tibba, Makar Way, Shikhar Way, Friendship peak and Shiti Dhar. Those peaks have their altitude at 6000m or above. Enjoy Skiing, Horse Riding, Yak Riding, Snow Scooter ride (on your own expenses).
Solang valley:: Giant slopes of lawn comprise Solang Valley and provide its reputation as a popular ski resort. A few ski agencies offering courses and equipment reside here and operate only during winters. Snow melts during the summer months starting May and skiing is then replaced by zorbing .
Morning after breakfast proceed for Kullu & Nagger Castle sightseeing tour. Visit Naggar Castle, Art Gallery and Museum. Enroute Sandhya Gayatri temple and ancient Shiva temple at Jagatsukh.
After that Proceed straight to Vaishno Devi temple Kullu (Vaishno Devi temple Kullu, situated on bank of river beas provides a panoramic site). After darshan at Vaishno Devi temple drive to river rafting point (Enjoy white water rafting on direct charges) and then proceed back to Manali, on the way visit Kullu shawls factories. The Castle was converted into a rest house. Return back to your hotel at Manali by evening.
Morning breakfast at hotel and at 12:00 noon check-out form the hotel and proceed to market for shopping. Late afternoon proceed to the bus stop Manali to board Volvo for Delhi or onward destination.You will reach Delhi Next Day Morning ( 16 Dec, 2016) at 06 To 07 am).
