Day 01: Srinagar– Local sightseeing 50 Kms
On arrival at Srinagar, you will be met by our representative at the airport and assistance on arrival and proceed to Hotel check-in.. Srinagar is also known as "Paradise on Earth" and "The Venice of Asia. Afternoon tour of world famous Mughal Gardens visiting the Nishat Bagh (The garden of pleasure) and Shalimar Bagh (Abode of love), Chesh Ma Shahi ( Royal Spring garden) and Shankracharya temple where from you will have the fantastic view of the whole Srinagar city and lakes. Overnight at Hotel.
Morning proceed for Sonmarg (Meadow of Gold). The distance of about 83 kms, will be covered in about 3 hrs. Sonmarg lies in Sindh Valley streamed with flowers and surrounded by mountains. Sonmarg is also the base for some interesting treks to the high altitude Himalayan Lakes. In the evening drive back from Sonmarg. Dinner and overnight in hotel at srinagar.
After breakfast proceed to Pahalgam and enjoy the beauty of the Pahalgam valley .Today one can have optional tour to Chandanwari(base camp for Amarnath Yatra),Aru Valley(The village is a base camp for trekkers to the Kolahoi Glacier, the Tarsar-Marsar lakes and the Katrinag valley. The Kolahoi is the largest glacier in the Kashmir Valley, and is located near Mt. Kolahoi (5425m), There are about 20 alpine lakes, peaks and meadows around the Aru Valley. In the winters, when Aru receives heavy snowfall, skiing and heli-skiing are practiced. & Betaab Valley. Overnight at Hotel.
After breakfast , check out from hotel & half a day sightseeing by driving to the picturesque Chandanwari and Betaab valley or ride by horseback across the wildlife sanctuary towards Baisaran meadows. After complete sightseeing drive to Srinagar. Arrive Srinagar , In the evening drive back to Srinagar. Overnight in houseboat at srinagar and you will enjoy skira ride also there.
