After breakfast drive to Drass, the 2nd coldest inhabitant place in the World for & enjoy cup of tea and visit War memorial museum and come back to leh via same route.At Sangam you can enjoy the view of confluence of two river (Indus & Zanskar River).

Bactrian camels are another attraction. Native to the steppes of central Asia, the Bactrian camel has two humps, in contrast to the single-humped camels found in Rajasthan and other parts of India. Next Day after the breakfast we move our journey towards Turtuk Village.
• Turtuk Village - is the last major settlement of India before the Line of Control beyond which lies Pakistan controlled Gilgit-Baltistan region. In fact, Turtuk was under Pakistan’s control until the 1971 India-Pakistan war where it came under Indian governance. The inhabitants of Turtuk speak a very interesting language known as Balti. It is a mix of Persian and old Tibetan. Though considerable number of speakers across the border speak Balti, the language is finding fewer takers amongst the newer generations. Balti language uses old Tibetan sounds no longer used in modern Tibetan.
Today, we get up early morning visit to Diskit monastery and have wonderful view of Nubra valley. Later drive to Pangong Lake via Shayok .Enjoy the turquoise colour panoramic lake and the magnificent mountains and landscapes which will leave you awestruck. After a late breakfast, we stroll in and around lake and watch the Mother Nature soothes you .Later drive back to Leh by visiting Thiksey monasteries, Rancho school and Shay Palace.
• Thiksey Monastery - It is the finest example of Ladakhi architecture. It is a massive twelve storey monastery complex with a number of stupas, statues, Thankas and wall paintings. There is also a large pillar engraved with the Buddha's teachings. In its museum many sacred items besides a royal sword among other precious objects are on display. • Shey Monastery – It is located at a solitary hillock at a distance of 15 km away south of Leh. This monastery is also called Shey Palace. Main attraction in Shey Monastery is twelve feet Shakyamuni Buddha's statue.
